At Nam Wah Pai, we train and teach our students to control this life energy. Qigong has been known through the ages as a healing art and has been an amazing healing exercise for thousands of years.

Many of our students have seen its healing effects in their lives as they have recovered from serious chronic conditions such as diabetes, high blood pressure, heart diseases, cancer and many other lifestyle-related diseases.

I signed up after a tour of the premises n briefing of course outline Aft completing qigong, I m now doin taiji.I must say, the classes were really enjoyable. Always looking out for our mistakes n correcting us on the spot.Apart fr the 2hr class proper every mon and wed, we were encouraged to go 1hr earlier for revision! And fri is absolutely free for anyone who needs further revision.The pace can be fast at times but totally manageable with practice n revision. And master Sim makessure every second counts. We are made to practise till the very last min.Despite goin for classes 3x/week and almost 3hr each time, time seems to fly.And comes sat of each mth, there are special course.
