At Nam Wah Pai, we train and teach our students to control this life energy. Qigong has been known through the ages as a healing art and has been an amazing healing exercise for thousands of years.

Chinese Internal Martial Arts
While Qigong and Tai Chi train your internal energy for health and wellness, our Chinese Internal Martial Arts classes will teach you how to transform this energy into internal power for self-defence purposes.
Throughout these classes, you will be taught several internal martial art styles such as Xing Yi Quan, BaGua Zhang, Zhaobao Taiji quan, Bodhidharma’s Martial Arts, and more.
