Qigong / Tai Chi Training Shoes
During Qigong training, we want to be closest to the ground as possible, so it is recommended to train barefooted at any qigong classes. But due to certain circumstances, such as training on dusty surfaces, we recommend wearing Qigong / Tai Chi shoes for your exercise.
These shoes are made of 100% cloth materials specially designed to include a softer sole, so you feel grounded during your training — one of the principles from the five natural elements of tai chi.
