Jimmy Ee
Senior Instructor
I was first introduced to Tai Chi back in secondary school, during a martial arts demonstration. I remember being fascinated by the fluidity and strength in its slow movements, but I only decided to start learning it seriously until recently.
I find Qigong & Tai Chi an artform. It connects the mind, body, and spirit through gentle motion, breathing, and inner focus. Since I began, it’s helped me sleep better, feel more relaxed, and manage stress more effectively. It improves balance and flexibility, reduces hypertension, and supports the entire body’s wellbeing, which is especially important as we grow older.
After three years of dedicated practice, I was invited to become an instructor. Teaching challenges me to understand Qigong & Tai Chi on a deeper level. There’s always more to refine, more to explore, and I still see myself as a learner who’s constantly striving to improve.
I believe if you want to do something well, you need to commit fully. That’s what the practice has taught me, and that’s what I hope to pass on to others.
