Tan Yang Hai

Chief Instructor

Qigong has always been a large part of my life and family background. My father was an instructor, and as such, he introduced me into this ancient art at the young age of 9 years old.

The truth is, I became an instructor more out of family commitment than passion. When your entire life revolved around qigong, it was difficult to see the difference it made. Everyone around me was trained in the techniques and had good discipline and a strong immune system.

But as I started to teach and train others, I began to realise how important our work is. The people we meet were never as fortunate as me to have the technique and principles drilled into me.

Many of them came with severe health conditions and other chronic diseases. The training we gave them became a critical and vital part of building up their fitness, strengthening their immune system, and helping them to become healthier within a short time.

And that to me, is what makes this work truly meaningful.
