I’m one of the older trainers here, and I used to have a bad case of high blood pressure plus my kidneys were affected. I was always feeling tired and stressed.
As I started to train here, I began to notice a difference. My stamina improved, I could go out for longer periods, and I felt better and more positive.
So, when I was asked if I would like to be an instructor here to inspire and motivate others, I readily agreed. I know that if the exercises and training here could make a difference for me, it can do the same for others.
