I work in picture framing, and all the bending took a toll on my back, leading to years of poor blood circulation and chronic migraines. At one point, I was taking up to eight Panadol tablets a day, with no long-term relief. I tried massages, acupuncture, and even visited several doctors, but nothing seemed to work. I even got an MRI, but it showed there was nothing wrong though the pain persisted.
It was my wife who first encouraged me to try Qigong & Tai Chi. She had been attending classes here and felt noticeable improvements quickly. I followed her suggestion, and to my surprise, I felt something shift after just a week. Within six weeks, I stopped relying on Panadol completely.
Since then, I took my training seriously, mastering the Tai chi 108-forms and diving deep into Qigong therapy. Over ten years later, I now teach classes, and I especially enjoy working with people from all walks of life.
Now, the practice keeps me pain-free and active, and my wife still joins me in practice to this day.
