Deputy Chief Instructor (Wellington Branch)
Having previously studied karate, he wanted to train in Chinese martial arts. So, when Nam Wah Pai came to Wellington in 1987, he saw it as a great opportunity to train in a kung fu style art.
His goal and passion were to become the best martial artist he could be, and even now, after 30 over years, it burns as brightly as ever before.
Today, he lives to train with and teach his students, developing many great friendships along the way. He is proud to be a long-standing instructor in New Zealand and to have achieved many accomplishments at national and international events.
*Nam Wah Pai New Zealand also has active branches in Lower Hutt, Mangapiko, Matakana, Invercargill, Whangarei and Dunedin.
