Japan Chief Instructor
When she first joined Nam Wah Pai in 2003, it was with the hope of improving her health. After delivering her baby girl, she started to experience spinal injuries and had improper postnatal care.
Even simple activities such as walking became burdensome as she constantly felt pain.
But as her body’s internal energy and qigong began to strengthen, she felt stronger, and after 2 to 3 weeks of training, the pain was gone.
These events spurred her to continue her training, and in 2018, the Nam Wah Pai Japan Branch was established in Chiba. Her goal is to spread and promote Nam Wah Pai Qigong to the Japanese market and the Japanese people.
